about their trip to South Africa/Madagascar and their upcoming cooking
classes
Joan and Thom Gorman are proprietors of the
Millbrook Inn.
Joan and Thom are known for their great meals and especially Indian
Food. Eating at their Inn enables you to be an armchair traveler
as they share with you stories of their travels throughout the world.
Every year for the Vermont Festival of the Arts, Joan and Thom offer
Indian Cooking Classes. This year they will be focusing on the
wide range of Indian Flavors by teaching Indian dishes from the North to
the South in India. The August 8 class is sold out, but there is
still room in the August 15 and 22 classes. Call the inn to make
reservations for the class.
