Bread Salad
- Tomato Sandwiches
- BLTs
- Raw Tomato Sauce for Pasta three to four ripe tomatoes,
chopped into a 1/4 dice, six leaves of basil cut into thin slices, 1
garlic clove finely chopped, salt and pepper. Drizzle this
will 1/2 cup of good quality olive oil and toss. Serve
over hot paste (preferrably angle hair or thin spaghetti).
