Tuesday August 15 5:00 to 6:00pm:  Tomatoes and Corn


What is in the market this week?  Tomatoes and Corn

  • Bread Salad
  • Tomato Sandwiches
  • BLTs
  • Raw Tomato Sauce for Pasta  three to four ripe tomatoes, chopped into a 1/4 dice, six leaves of basil cut into thin slices, 1 garlic clove finely chopped, salt and pepper.  Drizzle this will 1/2 cup of good quality olive oil  and toss.  Serve over hot paste (preferrably angle hair or thin spaghetti).
