Jane and daughter Dana live on an urban homestead in downtown Montpelier with husband (Dana's dad) Sky and brother Sayer.  Hear about how they grow much of their own food and learn about Your Money or Your Life, which Jane credits for helping them prioritize what is truly important in the lives.

Nancy and her husband Dave Cain are pickling enthusiasts!  Using traditional fermentation methods they make delicious pickles, sauerkraut, and beets.  This year they even made capers (from the buds of milkweed plants).  Nancy shares her tips on pickling along with recipes that she and Dave have perfected over the past few years.  Click here to download Nancy's recipes.
